The working holiday: You will work as part of an international team restoring the site of the pilgrimage church of St John of Nepomuk at Zelena hora, which is situated in the small city of Zdar nad Sazavou. It was designed at the start of the 18th century by the renowned baroque architect J. B. Santini-Aichel and is known for its unusual star-shaped plan. Tasks will involve simple building work, some land clearance and ground work. No prior skills are required, although participants will need to have a good level of fitness. Age 20+. During the week there will be the opportunity to visit some of the region’s houses and castles.

Meeting point: Participants will be met at Brno airport on the first day of the holiday.

Accommodation: Full board and lodging will be provided in either single or double rooms. Bedding and towels provided.
